Artificial intelligence transparency
Version dated 17 August 2026
Applicable framework
BIZNESSMATCH FRANCE uses artificial intelligence systems to provide certain platform features. Under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 laying down harmonised rules on artificial intelligence, the company acts as a deployer: it uses under its own authority systems designed by a third-party provider, without developing any model itself. This page describes those systems, what they do, and what they do not do.
Systems in use
The features relying on artificial intelligence are listed below. Unless stated otherwise, they produce advisory suggestions that you remain free to follow or ignore.
- Semantic company search
- Interprets a request written in plain language to identify the relevant trades, sectors and geographic areas, then ranks the corresponding company profiles. The data processed is your query and the public profiles of listed companies.
- Semantic event search
- Applies the same principle to the professional events published on the platform, based on their title and description.
- Collaboration suggestions
- Compares the skills declared by your company with the needs expressed by other companies in the network, in both directions, to suggest introductions along with an explanation. The computation runs periodically and may feed a summary email if you are subscribed to it.
- Roundtable seating
- For an event featuring roundtables, assesses affinity between participating companies in order to propose an allocation by table and by rotation. The final allocation remains editable by the organiser.
- Company profile enrichment
- At your request, analyses your website or your answers to a few questions in order to propose a description, skills and needs. This feature is optional: proposals are saved only after you approve them and remain editable afterwards.
- Tender assistance
- Analyses the documents of a tender file to extract the list of deliverables, rephrases the title and description of the imported notice and proposes an indicative assessment of how solid your application is. A conversational assistant answers your questions about the file. On the buyer's side, an indicative score computed by artificial intelligence may be displayed on the applications received, to help sort them. These elements are indicative and bind neither the buyer nor the platform.
- Classification and indexing
- In the background and without any action on your part, classifies company profiles by trade and computes numerical representations of published content so that searches are possible. This processing produces no decision and is not visible in the interface.
Model provider
The artificial intelligence models are provided by OpenAI, whose servers are located in the United States. The corresponding data transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. The categories of data involved and your rights are detailed in the privacy policy.
Limits and human oversight
The results produced by these systems are statistical: they may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuited to your situation.
- None of these systems makes a decision producing legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affecting you, within the meaning of Article 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation. Access to the platform, pricing and contractual decisions depend on no automated processing.
- You remain the decision-maker: a suggestion can be ignored, an enriched profile can be corrected at any time, and a roundtable allocation can be changed by the event organiser.
Generated content
Content produced or rephrased by artificial intelligence is flagged as such in the interface, where it appears. When you interact with a conversational assistant, you are informed before the exchange.
